Beautiful Hair: Oral take 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Water Balance: Oral take 2 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Suitable for vegetarian and vegan.

Store the product in cool, dry and dark place out of reach of young children.

When taking more than one supplement at a time, try to keep a two-hour gap between taking each supplement.

This product contains most of the ingredients which are essential for healthy hair.

Although, if you are experiencing hair loss always seek medical help. It might be an underlying health condition causing the issue which needs to be investigated.

Water balance Contains fig opuntia commonly known as prickly pear, parsley root, dandelion root and nettle leaf extract. All of these herbs are mostly amongst my recommendations for their health benefits and antioxidants properties. They may help excrete more water (diuretic properties) therefore helping sodium and water retention. Their antioxidants properties may protect against oxidative stress, cell damage. A very good complex for liver, kidney and heart health support. I cannot emphasise enough how important is to make lifestyle changes (via diet and exercise) when suffering from water retention.

Water balance can be a good addition to improve water retention while also working on lifestyle and diet changes. Certain medications can also cause water retention, so it is important to speak to your health care provider if that is the case.

Sun kiss Contains vitamin D, A, E. Good product for a little help for overall skin, eye, bone and immune health especially during wintertime. If you feel like you need an extra boost this can be a good addition instead of a regular multivitamin.
